Plixa is operated by an independent founder. Reach out at [email protected] for any privacy question. Our address will be published as soon as the legal entity is incorporated.
What data we collect
Account data (email, name, company, country) and operational data (WhatsApp messages handled by Plixa for your tenant). Stripe processes payments — we never see your card details.
Why we collect it
To deliver the service you signed up for: handle your customers’ messages, charge your subscription, and respond to support requests.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active. After cancellation we keep data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it.

Access, rectification, deletion and portability — write to [email protected]. We comply with GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil) and CCPA (California).
