Common pricing questions.

How is a conversation counted?

A conversation is a 24-hour window with the same WhatsApp contact, identical to how Meta bills WhatsApp Business. Multiple messages with the same person in 24h count as one conversation.

What happens if I exceed my plan?

We notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly conversations. After that, additional conversations are billed per-unit at a small overage rate, or you can upgrade your plan anytime.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.

Are there annual plans?

Yes — pay annually and get two months free (~17% discount). The annual option appears at checkout.

Do you offer regional pricing?

Regional plans for India, Latin America and Africa are on the roadmap after PMF. Today everyone pays in USD.

Do you take Brazilian Reais (BRL) or Pix?

Not yet. Brazilian customers pay in USD via international cards for now. We will add BRL billing with Pix recurrence after PMF.
