Terms of Service

Acceptable use
You may use Plixa only to communicate with people who have given you consent (existing customers, opted-in leads). Cold mass outreach, spam, harassment, illegal goods and content that violates WhatsApp’s policies are forbidden.
Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime but make no guarantee. Plixa relies on Meta’s WhatsApp infrastructure — issues outside our control may impact delivery.
Billing
Monthly or yearly subscription via Stripe. The first subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Data ownership
You own your data. Plixa processes it on your behalf. We may use anonymised aggregate metrics to improve the product.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or put Plixa’s WhatsApp infrastructure at risk.
